Making Essential Digital Skills More Accessible

TGC Enterprises, in association with Legacy Civic Essentials Sessions™, offers limited scholarship assistance to eligible applicants who need help with tuition for approved Essentials Sessions.

Scholarship awards depend on available funding, application completeness, stated goals and the Essentials Session selected. An award may cover part or all of an approved session fee. Applying does not guarantee an award.

Who May Apply
Adults seeking practical Android, iPhone, Advanced or Creators Enterprise Essentials Sessions who can explain how digital skills will support their personal, professional, family or community goals.

Application Requirements
- Full name, email address and mobile number
- The Essentials Session you want to attend
- A 200 to 500 word essay
- Any verification requested during review
- Commitment to complete registration, orientation and attendance requirements

Essay Question
How will practical digital skills help you build confidence, improve your daily life, support your family or community, or move toward employment or entrepreneurship?

Important Information
Scholarships are limited and reviewed individually. Incomplete submissions may not be considered. Recipients must complete required enrollment steps and participate fully in their approved Essentials Sessions.

Enrollment is open year-round. Orientation and session arrangements are coordinated directly after enrollment.

Welcome to the TGC Enterprises Sponsored Scholarship Program for Legacy Civic Essentials Sessions™.

This is where your scholarship process begins.

Applicants must complete each required scholarship module, beginning with the Mandatory Scholarship Essay.

Module 1: Mandatory Scholarship Essay

Essay Topic: Introduce yourself and explain how a Scholarship  could help your, Essentials Sessions?

Write a personal essay of 200–500 words explaining why you believe you should receive a TGC Enterprises scholarship to participate in Legacy Civic Essentials Sessions.

Your essay should help us understand:

  • Why you want to attend Legacy Civic Essentials Sessions.

  • What technology or essential skills you hope to improve.

  • How these skills could help you in your everyday life, education, employment, business, or community.

  • What receiving a scholarship would mean to you.

  • How you plan to use what you learn after completing the program.

Your response should be written in your own words and reflect your personal goals, experiences, and reasons for applying.

Required Essay Length: 200–500 words
