AFRICA RISE™ Regional Fashion Competition

The AFRICA RISE™ Regional Fashion Competition is an international platform created to discover, develop, and showcase exceptional designers inspired by African culture, innovation, luxury, and creativity.

Designers compete across four world regions:

• North America

• South America

• Europe and Africa

• Asia, Australia, and Oceania

One champion from each region advances to the AFRICA RISE™ Ultimate Global Championship to compete for the title:

The World’s Greatest African Fashion Designer

Competition Categories

Designers may compete in couture, evening wear, bridal, menswear, womenswear, streetwear, ready-to-wear, cultural heritage fashion, sustainable fashion, avant-garde, accessories, and more.

Judging:

Designers are evaluated on:

• Creativity

• Originality

• Construction

• Theme interpretation

• Runway presentation

• Styling

• Commercial appeal

Model Consideration

AFRICA RISE™ welcomes male and female models ages 18–70 from all cultures, backgrounds, body types, and distinctions.

Professional, aspiring, and first-time models are encouraged to apply. Opportunities may be available regionally and globally.
